He holds an IOSH Managing Safely qualification and is always seeking new ways to enhance our operations.

With 15 years in the Welsh Guards and a former professional rugby player for the Ospreys, Matt brings exceptional leadership and discipline to our team. His impressive credentials complement his military experience, which includes three tours of duty.

His knack for managing contracts ensures our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

He holds SSSTS, Cat B, and a 360 ticket.

James is the backbone of our operations, overseeing tenders, quotes, providing design solutions and regulating compliance. Known for his obsession with spreadsheets and a relentless pursuit of perfection, he ensures every detail is meticulously managed. With over a decade of construction experience and a wealth of qualifications, including a degree in Architectural Design, he expertly manages the technical aspects of our business, ensuring everything operates smoothly.

As Kingsley’s first hire, Josh has been integral to our success from day one. His vast experience in quality control, job planning, and logistics makes him invaluable. A skilled woodworker, he ensures our projects meet the highest standards, showcasing his commitment to excellence.

After overcoming challenges in his early career, Aaron joined us in 2019 and quickly proved his worth. With a diverse skill set, he plays a key role in our modular projects, including bespoke cedar lodges and buildings, showcasing his craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
